Entidex is a one-person operation. Every support request goes directly to Jolmo — the person who built it. You'll get a real answer, not a template.
Typical response time: under 24h. For urgent issues (monitoring down, billing), mention it in the subject and I'll prioritize.
FAQ
After signing up, go to your dashboard and click Add Monitor. Paste your URL, choose the check type (HTTP/S, keyword, TCP…), set the interval and regions, and hit Save. You'll see your first result within the next check cycle.
Check that you've connected an alert channel in Settings → Alert Channels and that it's linked to your monitor. For Telegram, make sure you've started a conversation with the bot. For email, check your spam folder. Alerts only fire on state changes — if your monitor was already down when added, the first alert fires when it recovers.
Instead of checking your endpoint from one location, Entidex checks from multiple regions simultaneously. An incident is only confirmed — and an alert fired — when enough regions agree the service is down. This eliminates false positives caused by a single region having a network blip.
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions, no hoops.
Monitoring continues using overage credits if you have them. If not, checks pause until the next billing cycle or until you top up. You can set a monthly overage cap in Settings → Billing so there are never any surprises.
Status pages are available on the Pro plan. Go to Status Pages → Create, choose which monitors to show, set your page name and URL slug, and publish. Your users can subscribe to incident updates directly from the page.
Use the contact form below or email hello@entidex.com with "Bug:" in the subject. Include steps to reproduce and I'll look into it the same day.
