Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly checks?
Monitors will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. You'll receive an alert before that happens if you have alerts set up.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanently free — no credit card required. You can monitor up to 10 endpoints with 5-minute intervals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. More methods coming soon.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied in your first 7 days on a paid plan, contact us at support@entidex.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
